Be careful when shipping packages this holiday season...

Sooo, our camelpak tube melted on the drive down from Utah, so Dave called Nalgene to get another one. It's apparently got a lifetime warranty, so they said they'd send one for free. Then he told them that the bladder is hard to close because the piece to hold onto pulls off from around the cap and breaks the seal. She said they'd send us a whole new pack. Luckily it wasn't a fragile item, because this is how it arrived...
