Beer Batter
When Dave was on his mission in Alaska, he was fed some beer-battered Halibut. He instantly fell in love... last fall, his mom brought some Halibut back from Alaksa that has been sitting in the back of our freezer. While cleaning said freezer out, it was recently rediscovered... so I made beer batter for it. We broke out the deep fryer, did some chicken strips, halibut chunks, and some seasoned fries. And it was GOOD!

I, too, am impressed!! We still have our halibut that she gave us in our freezer too. Maybe I might have to try that....could I get the recipe you used?
